I am almost done with week 9. Week 9 has been uneventful, thankfully. I had morning sickness last Saturday out of nowhere??? I was exhausted this week. I thought that it had gotten better. Thankfully I am very healthy and everything is going well. So far I have gained 4 pounds.
Last Saturday we went to Babies R Us to begin registering. That was a little overwhelming with all of the choices that they have.
On Wednesday we did another ultrasound. Each of the babies is measuring the same within a couple of days. Their heartbeats sound great. I could listen for so long. I love those little guys.
When I was pregnant with singletons twice before I assumed they would be perfectly healthy babies. Maybe because I was much younger and naive, but this time, I am really praying that they are healthy and as full term as can be.
Michael told me on Tuesday when he came home from his overnight trip that as long as we have each other everything would be okay. I feel the same way. My husband brings out the best in me. We are such a fun pair. We can't wait to start OUR family.

April 22, 2011 Week 9 Pregnant
Today I am nine weeks along. All three babies are doing as expected. Today I saw two of them moving. I can't wait to see what they are. I think they are all girls.
Also, I experienced my first bout of morning sickness. I think it was the turnkey bacon. It came over me so fast. I am glad for that. Nobody likes feeling nausea.

April 15, 2011 8 Weeks, 0 days Pregnant with TRIPLETS
On Tuesday, it was confirmed triplets. I got to hear the heartbeats of each. One is hard to find. I am exhausted. I have been exhausted for two weeks now and it has even gotten me a little down. I think we will wait until the second trimester to start buying anything. I have a feeling that the third trimester may be quite a challenge for me. I am praying that I can keep them inside of me for at least 34 weeks. That is my goal!

April 10, 2011 TWINS 7 weeks, 2 days pregnant.
As of this past Friday I now have two heartbeats that we can see. We are very happy as the thoughts of triplets is overwhelming. I think this weird spotting that kept occurring only during the night may have been then third one. My ovaries are still enlarged. One has a 6cm cyst still. I am not feeling it, thank God.

Twins vs Singleton
My first beta was high so I was thinking twins. The second beta was progressively high. I was thinking twins, but my husband who is an ob/gyn only found one gestational sac at week 5. I really thought that it would be twins. I even thought maybe I saw another spot on the ultrasound. I asked if maybe, maybe he was missing one, nope. Well, today, Week 6, day 4, we found one heartbeat in one sac and saw a second sac, but didn't explore it due to him getting paged. We shall see next week.
Last night I spotted, literally a few red spots when I wiped, but because I didn't have cramping, I went back to bed. Of course, that was after I consulted the internet for 20 minutes and then woke him up to tell him.
It is still super early and we are getting excited. I have been saying, "if I'm pregnant," but I was only saying that because he didn't want to get his hopes up and admit it was a sure pregnancy. I guess I have a 5% chance of miscarrying now that we saw a heartbeat. He referred to "it" as a girl a few times tonight. One of his nurses said that she dreamed it was a girl. The same nurse told me, before she ever knew, that she dreamed one night, that I was having twins too.
My OHSS is so much better. I feel a little different in the belly, but feel normal. I am one pound from my normal weight. I think I am done losing the extra fluid weight, as my weight has remained the same for three days now. The ultrasound showed some fluid still in the belly.
